The first ZEICHNER action ever. We did it on 16./17. July
1998 in Weimar. Sitting on a balcony over one of the
busiest streets in Weimar for over three hour each day, we
did drawings of animals. There were goats, elephants,
buffalos, vultures and rhinos. The finished drawings were
stashed in a steel track running down into a box. There the
drawings could be looked at by pedestrians on the street,
even cars stopped, people got out and had a look. The
drawings have numbers and time of drawing, there are 209
in total.

Besides, "Streichelzoo ist Kultur!"simply means
"Pet zoo is culture!"
